Our Story
LCA Environmental, Inc. is a woman-owned Texas-registered environmental engineering and geoscience consulting firm. Founded in 1992, with corporate offices in Dallas, Texas, LCA has served clients in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas for over 29 years. We’re an award-winning consulting firm and recently received the 2013 Global Award from the Transportation Development Foundation for our work on the LBJ Express Project.
We’ve been recognized as a HUB (Historically Underutilized Business) by the State of Texas. We’ve also been labeled a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency and TxDOT.
LCA Environmental is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services as an Asbestos Consultant Agency, as an Asbestos Laboratory (PCM), and as a Lead Firm. With the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as a Mold Assessment Company. With the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, we’re registered as a Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) Corrective Action Specialist.

Mary Ann Clark
President & CFO
Mary Ann Clark is the co-founder, president, and chief financial officer of LCA Environmental, Inc. A Certified Public Accountant, Mary Ann was the Director of Tax and Controller for the Hall Financial Group and a former member of the City of Dallas Environmental Health Commission. She is also a board member and a former president of the Society of Texas Environmental Professionals. She also served on the board of Keep Texas Beautiful. In 2012, the National Association of Women Business Owners, Dollar Fort-Worth, awarded her the Rising Star Award.
Y. Lynn Clark
Vice-President & Professional Geoscientist
Y. Lynn Clark is a co-founder of LCA Environmental, Inc. He has served as the company’s Quality Assurance and Safety Officer since its inception. Thanks to him, LCA has never faced a lost-time injury or a lawsuit. The company has also never been released from a contract. Governor Rick Perry appointed Lynn Clark to the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists, where he served as a member from 2005-2011 and as chair from 2009-2011. In addition to his governmental experience, Y. Lynn Clark is efficiently well-versed in multiple scientific disciplines.
