Our Work
Richland College
LCA completed a design of a new Convault® aboveground storage tank fueling system to replace an existing underground fueling system, including detailed specifications in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The design included automatic tank gauging systems, fuel dispensers, and associated electrical and plumbing components. We assisted the DCCCD with contractor selection during the bid and helped manage the construction. As CAS & CAPM of record, we directed the work of a Class B contractor to decommission & remove the existing diesel and unleaded fueling system, dispenser, and associated piping. We also completed and sealed the college’s Spill Prevention, Countermeasures, and Control Plan (SPCCP) and completed the Release Determination Report (RDR) for TCEQ compliance.
