Threatened & Endangered Species Survey

LCA’s degreed biologist and earth scientists combine endangered species agency database research with on-the-ground examinations to identify critical habitat and evaluate proposed construction impact on endangered species and other wildlife.

In addition to the actual organisms, the biologist also looks for sensitive and critical habitat required by threatened or endangered species. If there is a possibility that the proposed development will cause adverse impacts upon habitat that has the potential to support a population of threatened and endangered species, a field survey is necessary to demonstrate that the proposed development is designed to comply with the T&E species standards contained within a comprehensive management plan.
